Ramen

Friday was Cotton's birthday but because of school and work for him we were unable to celebrate it until today. He loves ramen just as much as I do so we ended up going to Toundo a.k.a 'college ramen'. It is the best ramen I have had on Okinawa, yet doesn't compare to mainland juice. The base for the broth was pork and the noodles are hand made (which add to the awesomeness). At this ramen shop you are able to choose the hardness of your noodle and how  much oil that is put into it, very unique.
