You know how the 4th tends to go; a hot summer day with the men bbq'n, the kids running a muck and after all the work and eating the food, the finale! fireworks, the very things that help remind the average American of his and her freedom. We didn't have them, no fireworks on the 4th of July! What a bummer right?! It's like taking the turkey away from thanksgiving (kind of). It was a bummer but we were all blessed with the great fellowship, cool night and the opportunity to go on base.
Thank You Lord for the greater freedom that You have given to us.
