Ramen, is what I like to think of as one of the staples of life. If you don't ever eat it and you live here in Japan how dare you call yourself a resident of this nation. I try to go eat this savory dish every couple months, and only every couple months because it gets pricy, ¥600 ~ ¥900 (almost $11), there are cheaper ramen joints out there but its not worth going to if you want something good....it's definitely worth the price. Anyways! A rather large group of us went to a place I've been to several times (Garyuya, its the name of the place) and man was it good, like take your time and savor each bite good (bummer thing is that you can't take your time with ramen cause it will get all soft on ya, then its kinda gross).
make sure to always slurp your ramen! (its the culture)
