The Coronado boys

Here we are in all of our 'glory'. It's good to be able to see all of the family again. Thank you Jesus!

Adam's concoction

The very first night that I was in America, Adam stayed the night and he blessed us with his cookie covered Oreos. Everyone loved them! Thanks Adam!!

Shanghai was good

It was such a blessing to be in Shanghai, China. Though the country is a communist country it was a blessing to see the land and know that the Lord is doing a work that I can't see. The Chinese people have a passion for the Lord, it's going to be amazing to see what the Lord will do with a people that is becoming passionate for HIM!

Outreach time!

We ministered at two different places in Higamatsushima that are 30 min apart from each other. At the first place we played some Christmas music and handed presents out to the children, there was only one (so we asked the elderly people to give the presents to the neighboring kids), then we shared the Christmas message with them all.

At this location we cooked food for everyone who wanted some food shared the Good News with them, played some Christmas music and talked with them for several hours. God was good!

Higashimatsushima

There is a lot of beauty to this place and yet there is much destruction still. The work effort here in higamatsushima has been incredible but far from being done, there are still many people who are living in temporary housing and dealing with the loss of family, children and their homes. Last night we were told a story how the people of the island that we were at only lost several people (something under 10 people) but the people just on the other side of the island (on the main land) over 200 died. There was even a story that I heard that after the quake this bus driver freaked out, got out of the bus and locked it while it was in the middle of the road...this caused a traffic jam and many people to die. The Lord is good though!! He allowed us to be with people and bless them with food and presents (in the next post).

CCFuchu children's outreach

It was pretty sweet that right after the conference we tore down and built up for the Christmas kids outreach (200+ kids). It was a lot of fun messing around with the Japanese kids and giving them presents. But I tell you it was a incredibly long day...all for the glory of the Lord!

The conference

Thank you so much for the prayers! The conference went so well, that I was myself and my translator were amazed and how fast my message went. God is so good! He is training us younger leaders for something great, keep at it men!

CCBC banquet

Well I have fallen behind on my posting. Forgive me.

Last monday we had our banquet at the Grand Mer Hotel in Okinawa City. There was quite a spread too; it varied from sweet Japanese food to thin oven baked pizza....boy was it good! (of course I forgot to take pictures of the food! BUT you can see rob slowly finishing up his food). All of the students and interns/teachers dressed up, they all looked nice. Praise the Lord for a good time of fellowship, food and the end of an awesome semester!
