Sakura

The Lord is so good! O our way up to Nago it started to pour and I was starting of other things to do with the students, but by the time that we made it to Nago the rains ceased and gave us an opportunity to see the beautiful Okinawain style of cherry blossoms (mainland is a white/light pink). I love this time of year and can't wait to see more trees in blossom.

The students

Here are the new students to the school....one kind of got lost on the way to the church so we had to leave him (he was found though...praise the Lord). We took a trip to Nago to see the cherry blossoms.

Ginowan youth group

On Sunday after service the youth group had okonomiyaki (look it up in google....you'll drool wishing you had some) and a game day. All the new Bible College students were able to participate in the fun!

Sent out

Our dear sister in the Lord Takako (on right) is leaving us to serve Christ in Israel. Please keep her in your prayers as she serves our creator in the Israel.

Perpetration!

The other day we had some free time on our hands so we decided to leave our church cafe and move down to a cafe near the beach and study there for a couple of hours (it's always good to change location and scenery). God is good He has allowed me to teach 1st & 2nd Chronicles this semester. Pray that the Lord is glorified!

Following where God calls

Keegan one of our interns has left us here at the Bible College to go to where God has called him. God has led him to Sendai to help prepare thins for the big Franklin Graham festival that will be happening in the area. God is going to do a good work! Please continue to pray for Keegan and the festival that is supposed to be happening March 2nd and 3rd.

Cali

To be short, it was good. It was a blessing to see family, friends and the church body.

Calvary Chapel missions conference

This is late, sorry, but the missions conference was great! It was such a blessing to see old faces and to meet some new people as well. The greatest thing that I pulled out of the conference was the importance for the younger generations to be brought up so that, and even more importantly for the older generations to train up the future pastors, worship leaders and missionaries. If you are in the ministry (all are) take the time with someone train them up in the things of the Lord.
